Before and after: a distressed foreclosure on the left, fully renovated on the right, same house

Built for people actually trying to buy, not just browse

Regular real-estate sites show you what's on the MLS. This shows you what the county and federal government are quietly auctioning off instead — the off-market sales most buyers never think to check.

🏚️

Foreclosures & tax-deed auctions

Sheriff sales and county tax-claim listings, scraped and merged into your normal search results — not a separate site you have to remember to check.

🎯

Deal score on every listing

A 0–100 score weighing price per square foot, lot size, crime, flood risk, walkability, and commute — so you can sort by "actually a good deal," not just price.

🔨

AI repair-cost estimates

Most sheriff-sale and tax-deed listings don't come with photos — upload your own from a drive-by or the public auction viewing, and get an itemized repair estimate before you ever schedule a showing. No photos yet? We'll pull a Street View exterior shot automatically.

📈

ARV & rent estimates

After-renovation value and expected rent, computed from real comps — the numbers you need for cap rate and the 1% rule, done for you.

📉

Price-drop history

See exactly when and how much a listing dropped, so you know who's motivated to sell.

👪

Share with your household

Everyone in your search gets their own login, their own price/area settings, and a shared favorites list.

Questions

What areas do you cover?

Currently the greater Philadelphia / South Jersey / northern Delaware area (Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks Co. PA; Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Co. NJ; New Castle Co. DE). More areas are added as demand shows up — tell us where you're searching.

Is the foreclosure/tax-deed data real?

Yes — scraped directly from each county's own sheriff-sale and tax-claim bureau sites, not a paid data reseller. Tax-deed starting bids are the back taxes owed, not market value; we explain that on every listing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contract — cancel from your account whenever you want.

How is this different from Zillow?

Zillow shows the MLS. We show what Zillow doesn't — sheriff sales, tax-deed auctions, and HUD foreclosures, the off-market sources most buyers never think to check — and we do the deal math (repair cost, ARV, rent, cap rate) for you on every listing.

Do you show regular MLS listings, like Zillow or Redfin?

No — Keystone Hound is entirely sheriff-sale, tax-deed, and HUD foreclosure listings, both on the free browse page and inside the subscriber dashboard. That's a deliberate choice: MLS data is licensed through Multiple Listing Services and typically requires a real estate broker license and a formal data-display agreement to show commercially. We're not a brokerage, so MLS data doesn't appear anywhere in the paid product — we stick to the government-record sources we can show cleanly. If you want regular MLS search too, pair Keystone Hound with Zillow or Redfin alongside it.

Have a beta code?

We hand a few people early access to test the full product before paying — same dashboard, same data, just free while you tell us what's broken.
