These terms govern your use of Keystone Hound. Plain English on top, legal underneath. By subscribing or using the site, you agree to them.
Keystone Hound (the "Service") is built by the team behind StrongSkills, operated by Max Romano (sole proprietor) ("we," "us") based in the United States. By accessing the Service or subscribing, you ("you," "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms. Contact us at hello@getstrongskills.com.
Keystone Hound aggregates real-estate listing data from public government sources — HUD FHA foreclosures, county sheriff sales, and county tax-deed/tax-claim auctions — for a set of counties we currently cover (see the product page for the current list). Each listing is enriched with computed estimates: a deal score, after-renovation value (ARV), estimated rent, and (where photos are available) an itemized AI repair-cost estimate. We are not a multiple listing service (MLS), a real estate brokerage, or a licensed appraiser, and nothing in the Service constitutes an offer, a guarantee of availability, or professional advice.
While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the dashboard for your own household's property search. Accounts are personal — don't share your login outside your own household, resell access, or scrape/bulk-export the Service's data for redistribution. When you cancel, access ends at the end of the current billing period.
Listing data is pulled from third-party and public sources and can be stale, incomplete, or wrong by the time you see it — always verify directly with the listing source (county office, sheriff's office, listing agent) before acting. Sheriff-sale and tax-deed listings carry real risk: liens, occupancy, title issues, and "as-is" condition are the buyer's own responsibility to investigate before bidding. Tax-deed starting bids reflect back taxes owed, not market value. Deal scores, ARV, rent, and repair-cost figures are AI-assisted estimates from comps and photos, not a formal appraisal or inspection, and can be wrong.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights, to scrape or bulk-export data for redistribution or to build a competing product, to attempt to discover our infrastructure beyond what's publicly exposed, or for any use prohibited by U.S. export controls. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation, with notice when feasible.
Keystone Hound, its branding, and its site content are the property of Max Romano / StrongSkills, protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Subject to the license in Section 5, all rights are reserved. Underlying public listing data (MLS, county, federal sources) belongs to its original source, not to us.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing, score, or estimate is accurate or fit for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or a bad real-estate deal, arising from the Service. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keystone Hound, Max Romano, and our service providers from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
If we change anything material, we'll update the date above and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don't accept, cancel within those 14 days for a prorated refund of any unused prepaid period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes are resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Before filing a formal claim, contact us in good faith and allow 30 days to resolve the issue.
